Arrived on November 15, 2017 at the Sanctuary, Balangala was caught in a nylon trap in the forest and found tied up in a hunting camp. The team from Ekolo Ya Bonobo has been alerted and discovered Balangala malnourished. Since then, his surrogate mother gives him all the love he needs
